The day started out as any other; the team was assigned a mission in Forever Fall forest and expected to be back by sunset. It was the same thing as usual. They knew their way around the forest well enough to make their way back, but a malfunction with Yang's gauntlets sent them all in separate directions. Luckily, Ruby and Blake weren't too far away from one another, but the faunus wasn't in the best condition. Being Yang's partner, she was right beside her when the explosion hit. They had received the worse of the injuries compared to Ruby and Weiss. Blake had fallen unconscious for at least a couple of hours.

When she awoke, the sun was setting, and her arm was bandaged with the emergency supplies they were required to bring along. The bandages had splotches of red running up them, but the bleeding had long since been stopped. She sat up and glanced around, searching for whoever had helped her. She was relieved when the brunette rushed to her side and prompted her to lay back down. "I'm fine, Ruby. . ." She muttered with a reassuring smile. 

They were deep inside the forest, and their sense of direction had been flipped about. They had no food, no water, and were surrounded by nothing but bright red trees. And night was falling quickly. Which meant the threat of the Creatures of Grimm were upon them.

A Spoonful of Sugar

It was rather late at night, most people would be sleeping by now but Leona couldn't.  For some reason she could not will herself to sleep and with Luxcian already out like a light she had to find something to do.  For some reason her mind started to drift to the thought of cookies and how good they would be right now, even at 2 am.  Silently slipping out of her bed she put on some underwear and her kimono, not bothering with slippers or shoes.

she walked the halls of the sleeping school, no noise coming except from her feet and the occasional traditional clock.  There wasn't much light except for that of the moon and stars out the window but that was more than enough for Leona, her eyes keen enough to see in the dark.  Slowly but surely she made her way to her destination, the cafeteria in which she moved into the kitchen.

She quickly flipped on the light and got the things out she'd need, being quiet but also doing things quickly, mixing together a nice, secret cookie dough, tasting it with a smile.  "Perfect, like always!"  She popped a tray full of dough balls into the oven, humming to herself as she prepared another pan.

Ruby walked around the house with a bored and slightly sad look. She let out a deep sigh as she passed her beloved older sister. The 10 year old continued to wonder never straying to far from Yang as so she could hear the sighs.

Watching Ruby pace around, the fluffy-haired girl  was growing steadily agitated at her little sister’s behavior. Waiting for Ruby to go past her again, Yang suddenly reached out and pulled her sister into a bear hug, giving her a gentle noogie at the same time. “Wassmatter, li’l sis? You’re acting all grumpy.”

Brian and Alexia were currently in one of the kitchens student were allowed to use at the school, the cafeterias closed early since it was a weekend so each member of team BEAR would take turn cooking. It wasnt really time for lunch yet, but Alexia and Evan continued to pester Brian until he gave up and said he would make something for them to eat. He read the instructions as Alexia lied her head in her arms, he didnt glance up when he heard someone walk into the kitchen. He just figured they need to use it too, "Hello." the blonde said sitting up happily turning to the person who had entered.
