This cool drink is a fun take on the classic Gin and Tonic. It has the sour flavors of lemon and honey mixed with the herbal notes of gin. Roses Lemon Cordial gives it a little sweetness and extra citrus flavor, making it a great drink for any event.
Ingredients: 2 oz gin. 1 oz Roses Lemon Cordial. 1/2 oz honey. 3 oz tonic water. Lemon slices for garnish. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour gin, Roses Lemon Cordial, and honey into the glass. Stir well to combine ingredients. Top with tonic water. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve and enjoy!
