BEST. SHIP. EVER.Okay, silliness aside: I think their interactions would be very interesting. I recall at least one story that suggested that Equius would be somewhat more respectful to Rose than to most humans after he figured out that wealth is the closest thing they have to the hemospectrum and upon realizing how wealthy Rose is; her purple text and naturally haughty demeanor would probably help give the impression that she's upper class. Rose, naturally, would find Equius to be a virtual wellspring of neuroses, inhibitions, fetishes, and general insight into how broken a troll's head can get. As the most mystically inclined of the kids, she might also try getting to know him out of idle curiosity about the patron troll of her zodiac sign, since she, Dave, and Jade are all Sagitarii.As for romance? I don't know, maybe. I like to think that Equius is actually a fairly nice guy under all the sweat and social prejudices, and some intensive therapy sessions with Rose could help him start to overcome some of those issues. A silly rom-com plot is unfolding in my head where Rose starts dating Equius to get Dave's/her mom's/someone else's goat, only to start to actually like the guy. ...Admittedly, since it's Rose, I wouldn't be surprised if her flirting behavior led Equius to think she was black-courting him.The possibility that Rose would be into doing the dominatrix thing also presents itself, but I'm not going to think too hard about that one. Yup, not thinking about it...
