So um whats the deal with ronan?

Uhm..well I'm assuming this is about the current thread? 

Mays is fully committed to Asher but that doesn't mean she's confined to only having one male relationship. Ronan is one of the oddest-healthy kinds of friendships she has, she is a genuinely happy person around him..like the thread explains he gives her another kind of purpose. Awhile back he reminded her of a brother; now obviously the feelings between them are deeper then familial but it's not deep in the way that Asher and Mays are. 

In my personal opinion my muse can do whatever she wants within reason, and I think exploring this relationship between Ronan and Mays is important to understanding alot of what used to drive the old pre-za maysilee compared to the new crazy lady we've all gotten a chance to love and learn about.
