Pádraig Pearse Cottage - Oil on board - framed in a white bespoke frame with inner trim. Pearse’s Cottage is a small restored cottage in Ros Muc, Connemara along the wild Atlantic way. It was used by Pearse (1879 – 1916), leader of the 1916 Rising, as a summer residence between 1903 and 1915. The interior was burned during the War of Independence and has since been reconstructed and contains an exhibition.
