Happy Monday from Glenbeg Lough on the Ring of Beara!
I wasn’t planning on camping here. Just a quick visit, a look, a photo and move on. But the moment I got here, my eyes popped out of my head and I couldn’t believe I got to see this beautiful landscape with my own human eyes. Forget the distance, Freyja, we are staying here for the night.
And so we found a little rock cove to shield us from the wind. This is definitely Top 5 of my favorite camping spots. Sure beats the parking lots I’ve napped in 😹

We thought we might walk up to the top of the valley, but it was just too warm that day, so we stayed down and watched the swimmers in the lake and enjoyed the chill atmosphere - away from the tourist hotspot of Dingle Town
