Every couple of months I end up rewatching the beginning of Blake x Ross on YouTube because damn it's just so good* like I am just total and complete trash for classic soap couples, those two more than anyone else. It's been rolling around in my head for a while now but I finally just decided to write a fanfic that follows their canon story from beginning to Sherry Stringfield's exit, then maybe continue on with the head canon of Sherry Stringfield's Blake. No one's going to read it but I can't get it out of my head and I'm gonna love writing it so much.
* Only until Sherry Stringfield leaves, I could never get into Elizabeth Kiefer's portrayal of Blake. Sherry's Blake was so layered. Elizabeth's just came off as whiny and sort of desperate. Plenty of couples on soaps survive an actor change but I'm really surprised that Blake x Ross did. Whatever I still love that ship though.
