I am definitely far from the “Christian” community compared to where I was a decade ago (Still love the Lord, not so much the Western Church. Long story...)
Still crazy I met my husband on this site and it’s going on 10.5 years and 5 children (#5 due next week!)
Essentially a time capsule for a moment in my life that I can look back on but have moved past.
Being on Tumblr now feels so weird. I was heartbroken when I started, found love, threw it away, chased after it again while occasionally looking back, caught love, and then made a being from that love. Loneliness, depression, self-hatred, and confusion turned into companionship, joy, self-esteem, and though I’m sometimes still confused, my confusion comes from new things. And all within four years. If my poor junior in high school self only knew what was coming, maybe half the time wasted could’ve been saved...
