Who’d be down to help me write an original script? Like... The thing is, for the project I wanna do, it needs multiple people on it, both writing and filming/production, but I... I just really wanna get this started. The details are below the cut.

First and foremost, this is set in the sandbox game known as Minecraft. If your first thought is “cancer” after reading that, please don’t interact with me, because I will be pouring everything I can into this.

For many who might not know, I’m a very, very small YouTuber (if I could even be called that, lmao) and I’ve been wanting to do a roleplay esque series like this ever since I’ve found out about Minecraft. So the project is a multipart series akin to Aphmau’s Minecraft Diaries in a sense to the mods, but it’s different in plot. A lot different.

It’s supposed to be akin of a modern day woman being taken back 300+ years, and while I’m good at writing, and good at interior decorating, I’m not so good at actually building, plus my laptop is junk and I will need a server for multiple people not near me to be able to join me/help me.

As stated before, the project has mods similar to MCD, though I will be using the fan-made pack, which has been approved by Aphmau herself. It only needs 2 gigabytes to run, but for recording purposes, it’s recommended 6-8 gigs, to which I agree.

I have a document started with the base storyline, however as I have yet to really write anything, it is merely just the opening and that is it. I can’t afford to buy accounts for those who wish to join but don’t have one, so the most I can suggest is graph paper or something of the sort to draw out dimensions for others to make.

Credit will be given to everyone who helps, either through a Custom NPC of them, a name drop or their player having a few lines within the series

Relics of the Last Scholar is a fantasy, supernatural game with optional romance elements. This game will contain some disturbing happenstances and is not for everyone; it is advised you check the trigger list below before playing the game. If you still wish to continue your adventure, I invite you to become The Last Scholar. 

You are a rare specimen indeed: able to interact with the relics of legend, even without being part of the bloodline they belong to, nor having years of training to even reveal the magic essence of these said relics. After a chance encounter, you're recruited to the mysterious Tython-Griffin Institute to train to become a scholar, and seek these relics you have an unnatural ability to interact with. 

Your journey will not be easy; in fact, it will be filled with hardships, gut-wrenching decisions, and events that leave you scrambling to recover. Will you be able to live up to the expectations placed upon you, or will you break under their weight?

This game will feature multiple customization options, including so far: 

Name

One of Three Backgrounds

Preferred pronouns (including inputting your own)

Gender (man/woman/nonbinary, and if you are trans, alongside which body you'd prefer to have if you want sex scenes)

Magic Class

Weapon Proficiency

Other Features:

Book 1 will have three romance options introduced, Book 2 may offer up to three more (Book 2's amount is not concrete yet)

Some romance options will change their gender depending on your preferences. 

What choices you make will matter, as does some things you say. Be mindful of your decisions...

Hi, I checked out the post for Last Scholar, and so my question is: what's the magic system looking like, and by extension, what kinds of magic will the MC be able to have? Also, what kinds of weapons will they be able to wield? And with what's going on with some anons recently and with everything going on in the world currently, I hope life treats you well.

Howdy! Great questions, let's get into it.

MC can learn the following magic classes:

Ice

Water

Fire

Lightning

Blood

Magic is a complex art form; only those who have trained diligently for years can wield it well. Each form of magic is also tied to an emotion or state of mind; the more you focus in on either of these, the more powerful your magic and the less energy it costs you to use it. It's also a rare talent; not many people are able to wield it in Meranis, and MC's adept control of theirs is even rarer.
