@ej_doyle performs the CRANK. The crank is the last of the 5 HEAVY (RX) challenges of Roughneck. The Crank HOW IT WORKS: The wheelbarrow tub is attached to the rope and extended as far out as possible. Start with three sandbags: women - 30/30/40 lbs and men 30/40/90 lbs Carry sandbags, one at a time, to the tub. Once tub is full, return to the Crank and crank the tub back to the drum. Then, put on a harness attached to the tub and drag it back to the start position.
