We decided to stop by and eat at a place in Lardos called Roulas (https://www.tripadvisor.se/Restaurant_Review-g776010-d2185990-Reviews-Roulas-Lardos_Rhodes_Dodecanese_South_Aegean.html). I’ve read about their ribs on tripadvisor and since I’m a sucker for just that, I just had to try them out. And they were not disappointing! A really large portion and the the meat just melted of the bones, absolutely amazing! Elin ordered chicken stuffed with pineapple and cheese and that dish was really good as well. So if you’re in Lardos, be sure to check out Roulas!
