Last night was perfect patio sitting weather so we ended up at @roundhousebeacon for dinner, and I had something I’d never had before that was genuinely spectacular: the tuna burger. A patty (cooked medium) made of tuna, with wasabi mayonnaise, japanese spices, pickled ginger, yucca chips, and a nori bun. Y'all... this whey caramel ice cream from @roundhousebeacon was TO DIE FOR. Made in-house with whey from their homemade ricotta. Topped with thick salty caramel. Run, don't walk, to the hotel for this. (And pair it with a Beacon bourbon!) 🎯#roundhousebeacon (at The Roundhouse)
