Essentially the spirit rover stopped working due to a mission clock issue on March 22 at the western side of the home plate and the way to fix it is with sunlight and the number of sols it was active (2208) if you add the numbers together was 12
Here’s the added info because apparently I’m taking this somewhat seriously:
dimension x lowk looks like mars kind of if you think about it (the version in the finale, not the one that vecna originally ended up in cuz for some reason they look really different, and i think it's cuz mike made up the entire finale in his head, so he didn't actually know what it looked like)

now for the timeline of the rover
2004
Spirit targeted for a site that used to have liquid water but doesn't anymore (UD doesnt have water and as far as i know, neither does dimension x) and found hints that water did used to exist there (if this really is all in mike's head, he's the one that thought there would be water in el's tank in the UD)
Sleepy hallow was the crater targeted as an early destination (hopper's cabin location was sleepy hollow farm) (i might look into comparing the stories of sleepy hallow and st if i find the time and energy)
sleepy hallow was also 12 m north of the lander and twelve is a vecna number and his victims float up (like north) (not me pulling out the most bullshit explanations to tie my joke theory together)
spirit's first color image that it took was originally 4000 by 3000 pixels (4x3=12)
Sol 20 spirit was wasting battery and overheating and ignored shutdown command and got stuck in reboot loop so they took away flash memory and deleted files and reformatted flash memory system (people's (esp mike's since this is all his fake reality) memories being altered and colors being randomly changed)
2005
spirit also made its way towards Husband Hill (notice it's not wife hill because mike is gay) but there were a lot of obstacles and it was going slowly up the hill (running up that hill) and spirit needed to be software updated to drive more autonomously to make it (mike needs to embrace who he is and take control back from vecna)
they also found out that husband hill actually had 2 summits and then spirit went to the actual summit (2 endings? need to make it to the real one)
2007
November 6 is the day that spirit reached the western edge of the home plate and husband hill was still visible in a panoramic view but zooming in, one of the rocks looks like a humanoid figure with their right arm partially raised
vecna is mostly left handed/armed, but he uses his right hand occasionally, and jane uses her right hand too
ive seen some people mention that he uses the right whenever he's using his el type powers and the left when he's doing his vecna killings, and since he didn't do a vecna killing on will, but there was someone messing with the lock when will was trying to hide from the demos, which was never explained, maybe it was vecna using his el type powers with his right hand
also, spirit was stuck in a dust stomr where 99% of sunlight was blocked, and normally, the rover's solar arrays could generate up to 700 wH (2500 kJ (2+5+0+0=7)) of energy per martian day, but it got reduced to 128 wH (1+2+8=10) (460 kJ 4+6+0=10) and 10 is half of the 20 needed, and there were other times 10 is mentioned in st, but my brain isn't workign enough right now
the batteries were draining to run the survival heaters, and the rover would fail due to intense cold if they stopped working (he likes it cold)
2008
Light wasn’t able to get through because of a dust storm, forcing spirit into hibernation
Heaters were shut down to conserve energy nov 11 (wills funeral b/c they think he's dead (fully shut down))
Nov 13 rover woke up (nov 12/13 will wakes up after being saved by hopper and joyce)
2009
soll 2116 (2+1+16=10) right front wheel operates normally for the first 3 out of 4 rotation attempts (vecna's 3 out of 4 victims actually dying like he intended)
2010
last communication with rover was march 22 (sol 2208 = 12)
mission clock stopped because batteries lost too much energy, and unlike previous winters, rover wasn't able to face a sunfacing slope (will always in lots of sunlight with mike) to keep internal temperatures up (mike is drifting away from will and that allows him to be vecnad) (again, he likes it cold)
needed solar energy (will) to wake up the rover (mike)
if rover had mission clock fault and woke up during the day, it would have listened in 20 minute intervals for each waking hour, and if the rover heard the signals, it would respond with an x-band beep signal
2011
gave up trying to contact spirit may 25 (this would be around their graduation time, which is when mike essentially tells everyone about his future where he isolates himself and everyone else moves on)
