WOD - For Time
4 Rounds:
12 cal bike
12 Thrusters
3 Rounds:

12 DB snatch (alt from grd)
2 Rounds:
50 Double unders
15 Devils press
Completed: 22.06 mins
Goal today was just to move - this was a good one!
Bike - Goal was just to get all cals in under a minute which was done for all rounds yay.
Thrusters - 15kg. All rounds completed unbroken. Definitely moved faster in rounds 2-4.
Wanted to finish all rounds under 8 mins (under 2 mins per round), managed to do it in just over 7 mins.
Row - Also aimed to get cals under a minute for each round, but Connor kept jumping on the rower once I got off and had to be coaxed off once I needed to get back on lol.
DB snatches - 15kg. These felt light!
Time was around 13 minutes when I finished the last DB snatch, so the 3 rounds took me roughly about 5 minutes.
Double unders - Couldn’t do any of the rounds unbroken. First was 34/16 and second 29/21. Just tripped over the rope as opposed to stopping ‘cos I was tired.
Devils press - 15kg’s. These were the HARDEST. I had to keep psyching myself up to keep going and finish. Was so happy once the first round was done that I got faster in the second lol.
This one took the most time - about 8-9 minutes. Those blimmin’ devils presses!
