Happy birthday to this blog and Rowanclan!

I wanted to get this last chapter out to celebrate but i realised quickly that that would be impossible, October is a very busy time for most artists and right now i’m way too obsessed with other things to even think about making what i wanted to.

Anyways i will hopefully get it out sometime in November, happy October everybody!

I know the whole clangen blog model is based on Daily/weekly/monthly comic uploads and art. But how would everybody feel if i switched to writing after this “finale” i have planned.

I could get content out alot faster, with more focus on the story and characters than the art, and i could continue with this story (after the finale i was going to consider stopping Rowanclan)

Thoughts?

We want writing/short stories of characters and plot

We only want to look at art

Hello! And happy new year everybody!

I’m here to say i’m not dead and this series is not abandoned, but i’m not returning just yet.

I plan on doing a bunch of moons in advance before i start posting again, but i have other stuff i’m dealing with at the moment, so not exactly sure when i’ll be posting again.

Okay okay I have ideas! I have plans, ya’ll are just gonna have to bear with me okay.

I’ve already rolled the next couple of moons, so i’ll continue with those as normal, i’ll also try to get some personality in for the cats so everybody gets to know them.

But i can tell you, stuff is definitely happening after the first year, so once i catch up, I’m gonna stop just saying what the cats did that moon and add in some lore…..

(Also watch out for an artstyle/layout change, because that’s when i’ll start doing lore :D)

I know I haven’t drawn it, But i Always imagined Rowanclan lived in a giant Rowan tree, I did not want to draw that for backgrounds though, I never planned it out.

It’s not just a giant rowan tree, it’s multiple weirdly woven and twisted together, it has a big base at the top of the trunk, plenty of room to burrow underneath, and the Apprentices sleep in spots where the trunks seperate and there’s enough room to nest.

Wow I…. Admittedly didnt forget about this blog, I get scared of the finale and then felt guilty for not drawing it.

Mayhaps I’ll bring Rowanclan back, I have a few ideas, that is, if anybodies still here lmao
