I just realized i never posted KJ?? he’s best friends with Verin, the ghost hunter. KJ is loud, impulsive, rowdy, sarcastic, and frankly a bit of a dick sometimes. Under the surface though, he’s a sweetheart who cares about his friends and is loyal to the end. She goes ghost hunting with Verin because she likes to be around him and do what makes him happy, bc seeing him happy makes her happy! The two of them are like that one pair of friends who are basically dating but they’re totally oblivious to it themselves.
