To my fellow rowers
I've finally gotten to that point of my rowing career. I first broke 7 on my 2k in October and I've been stuck in the low-6:50s since then. I've done tons of steady state and sprint work since then (I'm talking on the scale of almost 2 million meters since November). My most recent PR was a 6:52.0 in January and the last 2k I did was a 6:54.4 during spring training. And now, I ask of you, the rowers of Tumblr, to advise me on how I go about breaking this wall because I know I can get in the 6:40s, but for god knows what reason, I just can't.
