#day7 of @jillfit #metconmonster workout done ✅ and only one to go... backing off the burpeeaf workout as I am a bit skerrd of that workout... gonna save it for Friday last daub. So I repeated the #rowyourgoat workout and I completed 3 rounds of 5 mt mile run 40 wall balls 30 kettlebell swing 20 burpees 10 push-ups in 23:22 feeling good!
