#day8 of the @jillfit #metconmonster workout complete! This was the workout I dreaded but it wasn’t so bad once I finished! Lol 😂 what I learned during this process is to modify, modify, modify... my goal was not to crush my cranky, menopausal body and I feel not only great 👍 that I finished but that I made no excuses and got the job done ✅ thank you 🙏 again @jillfit for putting this all together 😘 (at Keenan Fitness)
#day7 of @jillfit #metconmonster workout done ✅ and only one to go... backing off the burpeeaf workout as I am a bit skerrd of that workout... gonna save it for Friday last daub. So I repeated the #rowyourgoat workout and I completed 3 rounds of 5 mt mile run 40 wall balls 30 kettlebell swing 20 burpees 10 push-ups in 23:22 feeling good! #day5 of @jillfit #metconmonster and completed #barbellbliss workout with @mikey keenan which consisted-of a 5 mt workout of choice I used our power plate for 2 mts then walked 3 mts. 10 squats and 10 split jumps for time (under 20 mts) I finished at 16.33 and @mikeykeenan finished around 15:00. To be honest I rested the most during this particular workout and cut the weight I would normally do in 1/2 as #menopause is kicking my azz 🍑 haha 😂 better to laughing then cryin 😥 3 more workouts to go! #day4 of @jillfit #metconmonster completed #noweightsnoproblem workout which consisted of 20 squats 20 squat jumps 20 burpees and 20 sit-ups for 4 rounds which I completed in 23 mts and took a lot of rest! I can tell you I am taking tomorrow off! I am not as sore as I was at the last challenge and I feel thst is due to the post recovery bcaa drink from IDLife! I feel a little sore but not crushed which is a part of my goal... only 4 more workouts to go 💪💪💪 (at Pj Lees Mongolian Bbq.)
#day3 of @jillfit #metconmonster #backinthesaddle workout completed in 26.5 mts @mikeykeenan completed in 28.5 mts (he opted to run the 1/2 mile where in sprinted on the elliptical) 😰😰😰 the workout consisted of 1/2 mile run and 4 rounds of 1) 10 db push-ups with a renegade row 2) 10 db lunge with a row and 3) 10 squat row/stand fly then another 1/2 mile run 🏃♀️ ! Challenging but I am not too sore on day 3 so I will keep going! 5 workouts to go!!!
