Out of Control || Silque & Roy

3.) Roy is hit with Berserk; Silque is the closest unit around. || @younglion-swordsman

Silque did her best to remain by people who fought the hardest in battle. While she was not completely defenseless being able to cast black magic as well, Silque often preferred to heal people than take on the fighting herself. She’d defend herself or protect others if need be, but she wanted to help support those who took on most of the fighting.

It was the same even when she found herself fighting with those she did not know. From when she met Alm and his group to now, in a new world. She had stumbled here a while ago, but helping out wasn’t out of the question. She wasn’t sure how to return home at the moment but her magic could be of use here too. 

Silque was near the young man Roy at the moment, a little away from the combat that was currently happening. She watched as someone had struck Roy. It had happened before, but this time, something about it felt.... off. Silque rushed over to him, brows furrowing as she took the arm that had been slashed once Roy had dispatched the enemy.

“You haven’t been poisoned or anything have you? That sword. It looked like it did something.”

Luke: Roy, I've dabbled in changing my ways!

Roy: You have?

Luke: Yes. For a couple of days, I tried being more like you, a little quieter, more dignified, you know? A proper studious student!

Luke: I believe I got an ulcer.

Roy: Oh no. Listen, I think you've got this all wrong.

Luke: I have? I mean, girls did pay me a bit more attention- unfortunately it was because I keeled over during sparring practice.

Roy: You don't have to try and be anyone but yourself.

Luke: But when I am myself, full bodied Luke, it doesn't always go so well.

Roy: I don't think that dating goes well for anyone all the time. If you don't show whoever it is who you really are, then what happens?

Luke: I see, I see, it winds up becoming an act of deceit. That won't do at all.

Roy: I'll think you'll find someone who likes your... all of this.

Luke: Too true, only someone extraordinary can handle the Luke in all his glory!

Roy: You’re not making much sense. Do what?

Roy: I don’t try for attention from girls.

Roy: Er, I’m not trying to be popular. I just want to grow stronger, help others, and study. That’s all.

Luke: Humility… they say confidence attracts, but you’re onto something.

Roy: Excuse me, have you tried being quieter? We’re in a classroom.

Luke: Quieter?

Roy: Yes. That might help you.
