Back in the days of dial-up, I distinctly remember someone claiming that Link from OoT was a prince based upon information from a hidden Gossip Stone. The stone claimed that the Queen had been attacked by the Gerudo and with the last of her strength left her infant son in the care of the Deku Tree. I fully believed this as a kid.
So yeah. Time is actually a prince.
