This is very difficult for me! My overall ideal tiara would be Empress Josephine of France's Diamond Faberge Tiara.
P.S. The tiara is currently on display in the Faberge exhibit in the Houston Museum of Natural Sciene. I highly recommend the exhibit! It also includes a lot of pieces previously owned by the last Imperial Russian family, the Romanovs. Here is a video from a similar exhibit that came to the museum in 2009.

I love pretty much every Royal and Royal spouse, but Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburgh (UK) has always been a favorite.

The inauguration of King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands on April 29, 2013.

Probably something with real/sugar flowers, five to seven layers, and either ivory or ivory and colored icing.

Monarchy: The Royal Family at Work is one of my favorites.
