Could you Draw Pomni with Kinger?
He's very dependable
The small yet noticeable portion of royalcourt/royaljester shippers that are also proship will forever be weird to me because both Pomni (25) and Kinger (48) are fully grown adults but maybe it's simply because of the age gap? Even though that doesn't make any sense to see it as such because y'know they're adults. Either way there's already a lot of heavy dislike and disapproval surrounding this ship alongside so many other Kinger ships because of the fact that most of the fandom sees him as a father figure for pretty much everyone in the circus (Pomni, Ragatha, Caine, etc.) and also because apparently shipping him with anyone else that isn't Queenie gets one sent to hell or something I guess. I have no issue with anyone who prefers dad Kinger or are strictly Checkmates only, nor am I to ever change the opinions of someone who doesn't like say Ragatha x Kinger (Royaldoll) or Gangle x Kinger (Royalribbons) for example. Shipping isn't what my mind is immediately going towards when it comes to this series and the relationships/dynamics of these characters. It's all in good harmless fun.
Just don't start immediately burning people at the stake just because you see Kinger and Pomni or Ragatha or whoever as being 'father-daughter coded' or whatever. At the end of the day, they're all fully grown adults with the youngest of the circus members being in their early 20s (literally in my age range).
*Also a good time to mention that proship, darkship, and anything similar dni please.

Okay listen I love so many TADC ships but the one character I cannot bring myself to ship is Kinger 😭 he's too father to be daddy you know??
THAT BEING SAID. if I was to ship Kinger with any of the main cast (besides maybe Caine?), I think Pomni makes sense. I'm imagining a slowburn where the road blocks are the age gap and Kinger's wife. I think the other characters would also have pretty interesting reactions, I think most of them would be weirded out but over time they'd get used to it. Jax would never stop making Leonardo DiCaprio jokes though.
As for the dynamic between Kinger and Pomni, I think that's best explored in episode 3 (obviously) but I think watching streams with Lizzie and Sean (the VAs) also could shed some light on the dynamic. Obviously the streams aren't canon, but Sean is very good at improv and also very hilarious so I'd probably find some inspiration there.
Have you seen that one clip when they were playing the TADC fan visual novel and Pomni says "Wow, it's almost as big as both my hands." And then Sean replies without missing a beat "Are we still talking about Jax?" One of my favorite stream moments lmao.
In any case, Royal/Jester sounds like a fun ship to experiment with and I can kind of see it. There's a lot of dynamics to explore there. Feel free to send me more of these by the way this was fun to write!
