so the Prince of Norway is currently visiting my school and they closed off my favorite part of the library for him and I’m pissed. my OTHER favorite study room is a single person room with a nice window and there is a man who I am in constant competition with to get that room. I might end up tackling him if he tries to get there before me one more time.
ANYWAY! I’m still catching up on readings, but feeling more like I’m up to date on stuff. Really enjoying the writing style of Assia Djebar in L’amour, la fantasia, but it’s pretty hard to read tbh (both cause of the subject matter & the complexity of language).
I need to write a significant essay today to turn in tomorrow, but will prob post separately for that to keep myself accountable.
