I'm ready for the day with my meal prep and Ultra Clean Whey. Today for lunch I'm having baked chicken stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach. And for my afternoon feed I'll be having a mint chocolate protein shake using Royal Sport's Ultra Clean Whey; it's tasty and easy to mix. These things make me look forward to meal time.

Soooo Royal Sports LTD.. I tried it. I haven’t been so unhappy in a long time. Allergy kids.. run for the hills!!!! I am sensitive to everything. I know this.. I know trying new things are scary and I can read anything and everything and be a food science major, understanding all sorts of processing and quality stuff....AND STILL GET SICK. To all of you out there sharing the pain, I’m sorry, it sucks. Royal did a good job though of being so kind and helpful in my misery. I tried the Mint chip, Vanilla Ice cream cookie (it said gf), and Surge and Charge and Cardio Rush. I love the taste of everything, I love the results I had from being all buzzed up on a preworkout and being refreshed by bcaa’s but...I crashed hard and got sick. Preservatives and coloring get me bad, like mid day take a nap I’m so tired..boom crashed. And the whey protein was labeled as gluten free, but some were processed on shared equipment. Nothing online in all my research showed anyone else celiac having a problem so I went for it. I had a problem. Don’t go for it. But for all you non allergy kids.... try it!!! I did love the taste, the buzz, the light feeling I was able to obtain from the products. I never felt heavy, I was always ready to go - until the preservatives and dyes and allergens kicked in and I felt cruddy. Anyways, not trying to bash Royal, just trying to share the struggle. Be careful allergy kids. You and I both don’t need to get sick!

We have options of  Ultra Clean 100 protein powder, Siege and Cardio Rush preworkout, Carge a BCAA-SAA mix.. thermogenics, (yes a weight loss), test control.. I might have missed something because the list is big so go see the website!! 

I love this packaging, the company, the Queen the products! I am so happy with my royal experience! I started with the mint chip whey protein, its delicious! and the Ice cream sandwich is like a guilty pleasure of a shake! I expect all the other flavors to be just as delicious.. One problem.. I’m gluten free. Like strictly or I’ll get SICK! and with the mint I was fine, but the ice cream flavor, not so much. The actual product is gluten free, but the cross contamination (as claimed) was a factor. Usually that isn’t a big deal and the reaction wasn’t too bad, but for those looking out for it..you’ve been warned by an allergy child :) However, I purchased products both from GNC and the website and my whole return process has been successful and painless. Royal has been in email correspondence with me and that has been a quick reply and settled deal. (amazing right??) They are taking back their product no questions asked and GNC did full in store credit! SOLID. College kids on a budget, try stuff that you can return, its expensive if it doesn’t work or doesn’t taste good or makes you sick..  

So I’m trying out the cardio rush.. (stay tuned!) and the Charge - BCAA-SAA Raspberry lemonade is delicious, filling and hydrating. I feel so much more recharged afterwards. (not in a placebo way but a I feel refreshed and that was a good flavor ice drink) As well I got a Siege preworkout sample that I’ll try this week and share that with y’all later on. 

Anyways back to Royal.. They have a really cool Queen and I follow her on Instagram and she is really uplifting and encouraging.
