Muttering to himself distractedly, Vaati quickly scribbled into his notebook in a neat cursive. Various bottles filled with different colored, shimmering liquids floated around him, the glass reflecting the light of the fire under the cooking pot. The smell, of course, wasn’t exactly pleasant, though the mage rectified that by tossing a handful of delicate flowers within the bubbling mixture. 

Stirring it once and then scooping the concoction into an empty bottle, he corked it and shoved it into his side bag, the other elixirs following suit. As he went about cleaning up and putting the fire out (with a wave of his hand and some magic of course-- he wasn’t about to get his hands dirty) he addressed the onlooker with a dry tone. “Do you mind?” Swiftly turning on his heel to glare at the other, his previously irritated expression was broken into one of genuine surprise. Then his face settled into a scowl. “Ugh. The Goddesses are mocking me.”

Vaati violently slammed open the door to the court room, and stalked out, clearly in a foul mood. “The sooner we reassign the people in the court the better,” he hissed under his breath. 

Ever since both he and Zelda had announced their plans of getting married, he often found himself in situations where he was ridiculed by the nobles that came to castle. This time he had been summoned to the court for a chat about how he planned to treat the kingdom when he took the throne, of course that didn't end up well, so here he was completely fed up with everyone.

You don't see many Minish Cap RPers around so I was thrilled to see royaltyslight on my dash! Such a cute Zelda! I enjoy reading their threads, and I hope to see more from them!
