*Wellness Wednesday* Crystals + Gemstones + Rocks + Minerals = Ancient Knowledge! They are the OLDEST things on Earth, having survived every natural event since the Earth came into existence - from the time of flames & meteors crashing into stars and gases in outer space. They are, in essence, a distilled moment of perfect nature. Some are pure form, not having mixed with anything else. Some are a cross-combination of two or more elements causing a unique unification of look, meaning, and effect. Each of them has a particular use & healing power. Each of them comes from a very specific point of origin, having been created out of a particular environmental circumstance. There are NO two alike - even if their cut is the same - their internal ENERGIES have variation. Some stones are used for protection, others to decrease anxiety & calm; some are to communicate with angel guides, or relieve oneself from trauma; some are to help plants grow, or for one to practice animal healing; some are for alleviating stage fright or boosting the immune system or relieving physical pain..and some are there to help one step into their personal power. Their uses and meanings are endless. It is for this reason that each of us is specifically drawn to a particular piece. Something inside of you is being spoken to by the crystal/rock/mineral - and that’s called intuition. Your intuition - which is physically located in your solar plexus Chakra - is scientifically proven to be called your “second brain.” It often speaks BEFORE the brain because it has the ability to feel and sense things rather than think them first #gutfeeling. This is the most important thing when choosing a stone for yourself - let it speak to you, to your heart ❤️ use these magical stones & minerals to help SUPPORT yourself in whatever way you need.
