Since you gave me an adorable primis headcanon it's only fair I give you one:

When Izzy finds out 'Ryan' is really a woman she doesn't tell anyone and even calls 'him' her boyfriend to help play it off instead of outing 'him'. That and she likes to play with 'his' uniform when she's bored because it's become one of her favorite things

Okay don’t get me wrong I love this hc! BUT:

The entire Primis crew would’ve known that “Ryan” is actually a woman after Der Eisendrache, Richtofen was the first to find out sense “Ryan” got a horrible gash on “his” stomach, and sense he could really bandage it correctly due to “his” shirt and coat being in the way, so one Richtofen got both of them off of “him”, he sees two things that didn’t make sense at first at first glance, the bra straps and bandages around her chest, which slowly led Edward to tell the others, the only other person that got to see was Dempsey, sense Rose and him already had a family like bond with each other, so it wouldn’t really be that weird

But you can still keep the headcanon if you like! :D or alter it with this info I gave, your choice really!
