For that last anon - as a player in this game, I particularly like reading the “school year so far” part of the app. It helps me understand where the character has been in the fight and how they might work moving forward! Helps build connections too!

Thank you, that is an excellent addition! And definitely something to keep in mind, anon: when you’re writing your app remember that it’s as much for your fellow players as it is for the admins! The better you can help them understand your character the easier it will be for them to plot and interact with you!

Being famous can be exhausting. The constant paparazzi following you, the fans, everything can be draining. That’s where Camp Anacappa comes in. Designed to be a secret retreat for celebrities on all levels of stardom can slip away to the woods to just be humans. The attendees are able to relax by the lake, learn archery, and do the typical activities that a summer camp would provide as a well as take advantage of the rehabilitation centers that are on the properties if needed.

The camp seemed to be perfect until a all attendees were sent a link to The Director, a website where the owner claimed to know the deepest secrets of those who stayed at the camp. Threatening to release the knowledge they happen to have gained, those in attendance as well as camp employees, had to play his little game. The rules were simple. Participate in his assigned tasks or risk secrets being aired to everyone in the camp.

Next six applications do not need a writing sample. Opens at 10 apps.

Roleplay looking for a team of admins!

I’m currently working on two different plots, the most popular one will be chosen.

What happens if two people apply for the same character? Can we apply again if we don't make it?

Of course! If a character has two (or more) applicants, I’ll do my best to choose between them, and consult with assistants if I need help deciding. And I’ll gladly explain my reasoning and offer any assistance I can to the denied player, who will certainly be welcome to apply for someone else!

Sometimes there are two (or more) truly spectacular apps for a character, but obviously only one person can play them; that doesn’t mean that admins don’t regret having to turn-down an amazing player, and definitely hope to see them come back as someone else—which if that should happen here, I definitely will!

All that said I will also mention that our current apps for Jake and Cassie are from the same person, and I’ll be stuck trying to choose which to accept…unless we get another amazing app for one of them from someone else, instead! Hint, hint… ;)
