Clint had been back for about a month before Steve finally decided they needed to talk... to decide if they were going to work things out between them. The team had been hesitant but willing to take him back, having heard the story and seen all the reports. Steve had wanted that, too, but they hadn't discussed their actual relationship. Steve had planned dinner but had then been called out on a mission. When he got back, he was tired and sore, bruised and limping but he still went to see Clint.
