New RPG item idea: Stealth Armor

@probablygoodrpgideas: When equipped, the user is less noticeable - they aren’t invisible, but NPCs tend to just gloss past them, like a weak perception filter. Small bonus to sneak rolls, as long as they aren’t doing something that would attract attention. Talking to an NPC negates the effect against whoever they’re talking to, so it’s not for infiltration.  Possibly also a cursed variant that cannot be removed and has the opposite effect, making the wearer more noticeable and causing them to draw attention even when standing still and silent - might be useful for causing a distraction if the players can remove the curse after!

@probablybadrpgideas: When equipped, the armor constantly stage-whispers NOTHING TO SEE HERE GO ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS and similar things while the player is sneaking. The cursed variant yells HEY I’M BEING SNEAKY NOW instead. Neither actually helps you hide.
