Nearly 400 face claims in fc directory and I still think it’s not enough for me to properly advertise it with a graphic and everything.

Writing a guide problems

Me: Ok so this should be at top because it introduces what i'm talking about well.

Also me: But wait, then the thing in the middle won't make sense.

Again me: Ohhh I should talk about this because I want to be inclusive of (insert race, gender, people, religion etc).

I suddenly got involved writing a guide for playing an animal lover. Was supposed to be a quick reply, but now i'm making a graphic for it and everything, lol

Here’s the thing, if you want to use a popular fc for your rph fc , no one is going to stop you.  Here’s where I and others will get mad. When you make a url so similar to someone’s rph blog  and then, ask to use the same alias, then we have issues.

There are more than enough urls out there for you to make one that’s not even remotely similar. Will it mean that you might have to use the dreaded isms, x’s, etc. in your url?  It might, and unfortuntely Tumblr has yet to fix getting rid of inactive blogs that horde urls or redirect your posts to your new url. But the fact that you almost nearly copy someone’s url and then, use the same alias (along with a nearly identical color scheme on said blog) as them causing them to lose followers/ make people think the person has moved, makes it an issue.

Be original. Pick a different alias, get creative with the url, heck, if you feel like it, pick a new fc but don’t use the same freaking alias or nearly identical url cause you cause issues for other rph’s and the people who need their help.

Gif hunt masterlist problems:

When someone does a gif hunt of an episode of the show someone was in and you have to go on wikipedia episode guide of it so you can number it correctly.

There’s nothing more infuriating than trying to get your lookalikes template have a rainbow on it, and to try and get both the rainbows to look even and then scrapping one of the rainbows as you were getting frustrated because it didn’t look right.
