Ignis didn’t scare him one bit. Once Page was outside distracted by his cats, he went ahead and stomped right up to the strategist and folded his arms as he glared up at him.
“Break up with Page. He was mine first.”

“You don’t have to apologize, Stacy…” He replies, taken aback by her sudden apologizing, and his cheeks redden as he feels her face gently pressing into his chest. “Is everything alright, Stacy?” He had a gut feeling that this wasn’t just a friendly hug.
“Sorry.” She cursed herself for saying it again. It was a reflex for her. She forced a few slow breathes before trying to explain. “I’m stuck thinking about some bad memories.” She gasped a bit before continuing. “I had a few friends die on me, and I can’t stop thinking about it.”

“Stacy, I am not being stubborn. You are simply being unreasonable.” He protests, crossing his arms.
“I am not being unreasonable. 11 PM is a reasonable time for a person to turn in. If you want unreasonable I’ll dig up every paper I wrote on proper sleep habits and make you read them all.”

Every morning she had sent Ignis a quick “good morning” text, and always he texted back with the same brief reply. It wasn’t a lot, but it was something. Today though she was worried. Stacy had gotten half way through a bowl of oatmeal when she realized Ignis’ reply had yet to come. Given his nature, it was unusual for him to not reply. Something had to be going on, and since she had no other plans for the day, she decided to check in on him.
When she got to the castle and was led to him she saw just what was the matter. “You’re sick, aren’t you?” She sighed.

Only took a little following his nose to track the guy down. He’d been keeping close watch of him for a while now, and finally he felt as though he ought to introduce himself.
“You there. Ignis, right?”

“Daddy, daddy!” The three year old toddles up to her father, book held over her head. “Book!”
First Steps

With a spring in his step, Isaac skipped down the road, followed by Tamama, the Froakie, as they headed towards the woods that stood between then and the next town. While there was a great risk of Fraokie being hurt, since the forest was sure to be filled with grass-types, Isaac was confident that they’d be able to handle it. Just in case though, he had loaded up on potions and other medical items for his beloved Pokémon partner.
“We better play it safe and not get into too many battles.” Isaac told Tamama.
“Froooak!” Tamama replied, springing onto Isaac’s shoulder and hanging off him like a tree.
“Hm? What’s wrong?” Looking in the direction that his Pokémon was concerned with, he spotted another person. “Him?” Could he be another trainer? “Hello!” Isaac called cheerfully, waving a hand over his head.

“Page has taken off for field work, so I won’t be seeing him for a few days.” The noble sighed. “There’s nothing to do without him around.”
His eyes then fell upon the bespectacled man with the accent and an idea formulated in his mind. Getting up, Isaac strolled up behind him and quickly slid the man’s glasses off and put them on without missing a step. Picking up speed he walked off, stride as calm and confident as ever.
