Meow has used two methods that actually work for meow and that is a method meow made up and the lucid dream method (though the lucid dream method is much harder for meow). The method meow made up is a simplified version of a couple other methods but this is basically it.

In the morning just before getting up while meow is still half asleep/not aware of much meow starts affirming that meow is in meow’s DR

meow try’s to focus on one specific sense like smell, sound, the feeling of a specific blanket or weight in your dr, meow usually uses smell.

usually meow just lets go while doing that and exists in that half sleep-ness and thats when meow starts to feel shifting symptoms and actually shifts!!
