I mean, i get this and you can describe and talk about your identity however you want but I dont think we should "normalize" hiding our transness if we dont want too.

Obviously you dont have to specify you are trans, you dont owe anyone the specifics of your identity but trans just a descriptive, not an automatic invalidater. I am a trans woman and love being able to say transwoman insted of just woman because I AM a transwoman and being trans has shaped the way I am and is important to my experience as a woman that I want to share.

Start working out holy shit

There's nothing more euphoric than knowing you can physically overpower others, you also don't need equipment to get started!

Knuckle bruises

Either with eyeshadow (yellow, green, purple, TINY red, in that order), or actually hitting walls, making your self look injured in certain areas like your knuckles make you seem more violent

Breakables

I recommend only having this one in private (mostly because otherwise there's a chance of dealing with the police), but if you have a harmed, get more glass bottles and things you don't mind throwing at walls or even them (if that's what y'all do)

Notice but not say

When your harmed(s) talk about themselves or others, keep track of whatever it is, but never acknowledge it outwardly, only bring it up in worrying or "bad" moments. Like fights or when talking to another person

Outside look

Keep all the harm a secret to most everyone except a rare few (a friend and a harmed if you have/want one), you want to seem mostly normal on the outside. Even if you don't hide all of it, you want to hide most of it, because people finding out you were either worse than you seemed or an entire 360 from what they knew is wonderful euphoria
