Friday we had our first group physical training session. These sessions are based around learning how to properly and safely run a PT program for our poolee's (Individuals in the Delayed Entry Program). We covered everything from safety concerns to workouts. . . . . Today we took the Marine Corps Product Knowledge test. Before every test our group drinks a Red Bull and eats a Snickers for good luck. . . . Something I love about the Marine Corps is that no matter where you go the brotherhood is there. It transcends through every unit, school, and deployment.
