RSwift now with more (some) Rackspace CloudFiles CDNfunctionality. #R #swift

I didn't feel like making two separate R interfaces to OpenStack Swift and Rackspace CloudFiles.  So for now I've cheated and just added CDN calls that are specific to Rackspace's CloudFiles offering (hack as needed).

Step 1 authenticate:
