Which tts comic is your favorite?
Such a good question! I love sooo many of them, they're amazing, they show of Rapunzel, Eugene and Cassandra exactly the way I saw their relationship in season 1!!!
And I think my fave is probably: Save the Date!
It just has soo many PERFECT interactions!
The way Cass is pushing Rapunzel to go on her date like the friend she is! This line:
Like, this is what I mean when I say in S1 Cass and Eugene were friend with a bit too much sass!

I love my Cass banter, but New Dream are so cute when they mess with each other!!! Plus, Eugene calling Raps a pomeranian and the lady with the pomeranian turning to look is such a cute detail!
They are honestly TOOOO adorable this comic!!!
The idea of Eugene setting up a scavenger hunt because Rapunzel deserves more than traditional dates?! PERFECTION!
Eugene asking Cass for help with the scavenger hunt also shows how supportive of a friend these three are!!!

Again, the way Cass and Eugene interact int he comics is exactly how I saw their friendship in s1:
They are friends! They bicker, but they're friends. Cass is sorry for interrupting their day, but Eugene is okay with helping Cass. BECAUSE THEY'RE FRIENDS.

But, with how differently so much of fandom interpreter their friendship to how I did... the comics just offered me sooo much relief that I wasn't insane!

Cassandra is this 'look confident' but will totally rest her head on Rapunzel's shoulder and ask for help with chickens after a shameful failure sorta girl.

I will never stop being angry at the show for just dropping Eugene and Cass friendship after season 1 and making it just a Rapunzel centric thing.
