We recently worked with @eriklindmanstudio to frame works on paper for his current exhibition at @alminerechgallery in Manhattan (installation photos to come). With a desire to keep the frame faces thin, Lindman selected wood species and finishes individually depending upon the work (shown here are walnut and maple). "The subtle choices of different finishes to the frame and matted allowed each piece to occupy its own space while hanging in a group ," says the artist. Lindman's exhibition is on view through August 5th.
