Honestly I don’t remember, so either way here goes!
Having so many gems demanding your attention at once is exceedingly tiring, especially when they literally set things on fire if they don’t get what they want oftentimes. Each of them looks up to you (literally) and it wouldn’t be far to say they’d go to the moon and back for you (also literally).
As their original purpose is as guards and escorts, you can bet they’re following you around wherever you go. You can’t make a trip to the kitchen without one clutching your leg, threatening to burn the house down if you don’t hug them right that moment.
The ever stoic, Eyeball is at least polite to you, but when the cracks show in her ‘tough’ demeanour she tends to break, becoming unsure and making you promise you’ll stay with her.
Army is the fastest to jump to violence, roughhousing out of affection and threatening physical whenever she questions your loyalty to the rubies.
Acting cheery and sweet at the surface, Navy is far more sadistic than the other rubies, and would not hesitate to manipulate you with tears or threats depending on her mood.
Often scared and confused, Leggy is the most demanding when it comes to reassurance, needing calm words constantly and prone to getting distressed enough to hide behind you.
The focused leader, Doc is the quickest to point out when you’re spending too much time with someone, human or ruby, and just as quick to want compensation.
Should you refuse to listen to their demands for attention they will not hesitate to fuse into Giant Ruby, pick you up and make you listen with brute strength.
