(dolomite was the first gem oc i made so shes gone through at least two revamps!!)
Dolomite served under Pink Diamonds rule.
Dolomite is a bubbly but shy gem, easy to talk to, not easy to get much out of. loyal to whoever she chooses. a bit dense. wields a ball on a chain. Dolomite had been on earth along with Pink Diamond and her other soldiers before Pink Diamond was shattered. Was not there when PD was shattered.
PYRITE VR 1.00
Pyrite served under Yellow Diamonds rule.
Pyrite is a quiet observer, go with the flow kind, coyingly mysterious when she wants to be, but get her heated about something, good luck getting her to shut up. “I wont do anything unless my Diamond says so, so buzz off.” would be a common quote from Pyrite. she doesn’t really need words to say what she wants, but she’ll use em anyway. A powerful gem that wielded a large mallet. Was deployed to earth shortly before PD was shattered.
Pyrite met Dolomite not long before going on the battlefield against the rebels, and instantly was smitten with Dolomite, but knew she would never get another chance to see this Dolomite again.
Pyrite spent as much time with Dolomite as she could, and eventually Dolomite found herself flushing for Pyrite. They made a decision together that they had to leave Homeworld behind if they were to stay together, and so joined the other side.
RUBY SPINEL VR 1.00
Ruby Spinel is the fusion between Pyrite and Dolomite. Together they gain an extra pair of eyes and arms. RS is at least four times the size of Dolomite (the taller of the two.)
RS is loud and open, easily excitable and ready to jump (literally!) into the fray any time. Its not hard to get RS to trust you, but break that trust somehow, and be ready to pay hell. Questioning their reason for fusing, their loyalty to Rose Quartz and the other rebels, and they’ll start to come undone. A very touchy subject for this fusion is fusion itself, or the “old lives” of the two that make up RS.
In the war against Homeworld, Ruby Spinel fought, was broken apart, and both Pyrite and Dolomite were shattered feet apart from each other.
