In an interesting interview with Mayank Thanawala, we hear about his recent project called HealthLoop. From what we were told, it is a pretty sweet app that is being used for post surgical follow up templates. It will basically check in with post-op symptoms and help doctors prioritize the patients back in the office. This whole program was made with RoR, obviously, and it took one developer 7 months to obtain a secure and compliant medical application. Listen to the interview to get the full story!
