OKAY LET’S BACK THE H E C K UP HERE BC I AM DEEPLY AND PERSONALLY OFFENDED THAT I HAVE NOT TALKED ABOUT @rubyki

I HAVE BEEN WATCHING RUBYKI LONGINGLY FROM AFAR LIKE A HECKING MIDDLE SCHOOLER FOR A REALLY LONG TIME OKAY. Because WOW does their muse kind of blew me away??? right from the get go?? It’s a little bit ULTRA unfair holy cow. Okay??? There’s just a beautiful subtlety both to their writing and character that just GRIPS me and my god is it ever powerful. So yeah I basically spent a long time trying to work up the courage to drag them into a rp. was it unhealthy PROBABLY. BUT WORTH. SO WORTH. I HOPE YOU KNOW HOW WORTH YOU ARE!!!! 

And now that we are threading/mildly chatting together, I mean WOW what a wholesome and WELCOMING person??? And also highkey HILARIOUS???? How could you talk to this person and not adore them immediately??? pls respond bc I don’t know and would like someone to explain. 

We just started talking so I can’t say all that much yet, but!! totally impressive person would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Upon entering one of the contest halls, a lively pink-haired lady spins on her feet and smiles at Yuuki! She places her hands together and gave him a friendly smile- at the same time trying to not over-do it a little. 

“Hello! I’m Nancy, and I was called to come over to Hoenn in order to help with this year’s contest that Wallace wants to put together.” She politely beamed before looking at Yuuki. “You must be the one that I was assigned to help with this event, right? O-Or am I mixing up my names and faces again?”

Late afternoon and the tide was low, allowing the professor to see all she’d missed the day before. Her usual sneakers were replaced with rubber boots as she stepped around all the muck, searching for the scriptures written in her journal. It wasn’t nearly as fanatical as the ones she’d seen in granite cave, but according to her research it should have been close by.

She took a step back, turning to find a spheal barking at another intruder, a boy. He was probably a trainer on his own pokemon journey, she’d imagine, and she smiled and waved, before returning to her work. The spheal didn’t do the same, sliding up close to the other trainer, acting more like a dog, trying to sniff out his pockets for something.
