I re-did the personality test again and it still came back with the same results from the last time I did years ago, it's so annoying because I don't think I am as how the results described me, but maybe I'm just in denial all these while? 🤷‍♀️

The earbuds that I gifted Zuls few years back has blown so I browsed through the Treats catalogue and found some I that I could redeem. I love collecting points because at the end of the day it's like Im buying things for free (when technically I've spent so much in order to get those "free" things, lol)

I just realized I took zero picture in my final week of October! Do better, self!!

I've been making a point to snap pictures just to document my life better. You'll never know who or what will leave you, and when. So might as well remember the most of it, but only keep the ones that give you joy.

I can't remember what we ate but I think Zuls spent me mega cers. Then we went to OU because I wanted to get another gift for Gege, his birthday is tomorrow! Stopped by BV to order a cake for tomorrow's party. Nightcap at Artisan.

26th October 2025, Sunday - Happy birthday to my favourite person in the worlddd 🌟 Listening: New Skin, Incubus

Started my day with a cheese omelette since Im on a roll to try and eat regularly but of course it's always inconsistent. If there's one thing Im consistent at, is being inconsistent.

Went to BV to pick up the cake I ordered yesterday & bought groceries. Then the rest of the siblings came by for lunch to celebrate the October babies of the family which were supposed to be my Gege, 2 nephews and 1 niece, but the nephews were late so they missed their own cake cutting, lol.

Then they all went home. For dins, my folks, Gege and I went for another birthday dins at Uncle Botak. Service was great, my Dad even had something free, lol.

Great week! Hamdulillah.

13th October 2025, Monday Listening: Ignition (Remix), R Kelly

Ganti puasa day 2. This was my sahur and it held up pretty well;

14th October 2025, Tuesday - happy birthday to my niece Mayra 🎂 Listening: Candy, Mandy Moore

Woke up in a jolt at 7:34am 😵‍💫 But still managed to reach the office before 9am 🙌🏼

Since Im still feeling self conscious about my face (accutane purge day 7), had my lunk in the car alone.

On the way home it was raining cats & dogs and while I was all chilling even though stuck in heavy traffic, an Uncle banged the back of my car 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thankfully it did not damage the body (that would be devastating for me). It only affected the bumper & it's now slightly popped out but I think my Dad can help and try pop it back in or something. I was also glad that the Uncle was responsible enough to stop and stepped out of his car despite the heavy rain instead of driving away which would pissed the hell out of me even though no major damage was done.

Stopped by the grocers afterwards for kitchen rolls & chocolates (priorities, am I right 😂) and bumped into Omkast! Love the dude! He has that overall chill energy.

My face has tamed itself down to the point where I did not feel like I needed to mask up today while out buying lunk with Mom. Hamdulillah. But there's still some rogue whiteheads popping up though :(

Fun day! First stop was hotbird for lunk, and then we stopped by Pavilion because I wanted to get a gift card as part of Gege's birthday gifts and I purposely bought the amount of his age (hehe) x 10. Not sure if he would notice it though! Then decided to go to TRX because I wanted to see & try on the shoes from United Nude that I saw online, and I love them! Pitstopped coffee at Reborn first while trying to make up my mind if I should buy the shoes. (Ended up not buying the shoes. Booo.)

Closed the day with dins at Common,

Another week of Oct to go through. Gege's birthday next week!!

I have unfortunately lost count the number of days of missed puasa I have to replace. Fasting today. Sahur was a fun omelette,

Also today; settled on the hotel for our trip to PKU, and also booked an appointment to see Dr Yap again tomorrow because my face has erupted rather violently (again).

Happy birthday to my eldest nephew, dude is 28 😵‍💫 (My Kak Long and I have a huge age gap between us so her kids are more like my younger siblings instead.)

Half-day off today for Dr Yap in the morning. I am now on Accutane until further notice & after googling about it, I fear the purging the most 😩

Started to feel funny later at night. Not sure whether it was the after-effects of my new meds, or I just caught a bug from the hospital.

Accutane purge day 4. Im still wearing a mask whenever I go out to the world because I don't feel confident enough with my current purging face.

Morning spent teman-ing Mom to pay her saman at kaunter bergerak pejabat daerah. We could've easily help pay online on her behalf, but she insisted on paying it manually herself 😅

Listed these on Carousell today..

..and the Spezials were immediately snapped up within 2 hours of listing! Hamdulillah, one less shoe box in my room. Felt bittersweet about parting with my Spezials but they deserve to be worn instead of staying in the box which will eventually collect dust. I noticed it's so much easier to re-sell my Adidas compared to my Nikes..

Accutane purge day 5.

Went to J&T in the morning to post yesterday’s sold Spezials & some little goodies I bought for Nisa. Since her schedule’s always full & the chances of us actually catching up in person are slim to none, might as well I just post them to her.

After Zohor went to Parade to pick up the shoes I sent at the cobbler last week and did some groceries. We wanted to eat the tacos at USJ but they were closed, so we ended up at sec 13 where Zuls bought popia. Pitsopped kopi senyum & settled down for a picnic in the car at Bukit Jelutong. Since my face is still purging INTENSELY, I refuse to eat in public because that would require me to remove my mask and Im definitely not ready for that 😖

2nd week of October, done and dusted.

1st October 2025, Wednesday Listening: Here's to the Night, Eve 6

Hello October! It's Gege's month!! Anyway, lunk was Neigbowl (again). Funny thing happened at the restaurant when somebody called out my name when I was about to leave and I was embarrassed because I did not recognize him..the restaurant went quiet because he called out my name rather loudly so people turned to look, and there I was staring at this guy but not knowing what to answer. Turned out he is one of the guys I work with and I've never met him in person, only dealt with him online, so I didn't recognize his face in person from his Teams display picture, but he recognized mine 😅 Okay not a very funny story when I actually typed it out and re-read it, but oh well..it's still rather nice to be remembered!

For dins we tried Sun Thai and it was not bad.. But it will still never beat the pad Thai we had at Little Thai Kitchen which has unfortunately shuttered :(

Went to J&T to post my Carousell sale from yesterday. Nothing extraordinary happened, my hair is quite long now!

Overspent on a wash & wax for the car, when I reached home, I realized they didn't even do a proper job. Sigh.

Went to Parade to re-sole my Proenzas, bought groceries and overspent in Watsons (who doesn't, really?). Tapao an espreski before leaving. Love that they have now memorized my order 😊 --

Went makan at Dubuyo. My SIL dropped off old clothes of my nieces' and I fit them because they have grown so much taller,

Just finished watching the movie Steve. Oh my the ending was rather unsettling 😞
