My Mallary is moving. My favorite villager in the history of AC is moving away from Ruddyoak, all because I didn't play for one day. FFFFF

After 48 hours of trying (spread out over several days), Saharah finally gave up the basement wall. Sound the trumpets, and break out the fine champagne!

That settles that...
So, I solved my dilemma. While plot resetting for Pekoe’s new house, I stumbled upon Savannah at my campsite. (I reset for at least 45 minutes, and she was the only camper.) Savannah, who practically broke my heart when she moved out of my GameCube town 11 or so years ago. I said an [almost] tearful goodbye to her, and then realized: Winnie, while sweet and kind, can never be a Savannah or a Gabi or any of the other villagers I’ve been longing to see again (or to meet, like Apple! Have I mentioned Apple?).
tl;dr: I love you, Winnie, but goodbye. I’ll try to find you a nice new home!
Agh, what should I do?
Baabara just informed me that Winnie is thinking of moving away from Ruddyoak. Winnie pinged me right afterwards, but I ran away. I don’t know what I want to do–Winnie is not one of my starter villagers, nor is she one of my dreamies. But she’s always so happy and sweet, and shows up to everyone’s birthday parties. She is my happiest villager, and I’d feel rotten telling her to go ahead and leave…
…but there are more villagers I want to attract to Ruddyoak. Like Apple, OMG.
Come on, Winnie, Pekoe hasn’t even officially moved in yet; why are you doing this to me? Give a girl a minute.
The same dilemma is going to pop up again one day when Ribbot asks to move. Ugh.

Baabara, Kabuki, Maple, and Tabby are long-time favorites of mine, and I lucked out by having them as original villagers! My absolute favorite is Mallary, whom I adopted from a lovely person at ACNL Adoption. Mallary's been my #1 ever since the GameCube! [She has since moved to my town of Goblin.]
Dreamies are Molly, Tia, Savannah, Erik, Chief, Henry, and Lolly, though I’m pretty set with the villagers I have now!
