omg I’m obsessed with Voltron and I really, really, love and adore Keith. If there was an alternate reality, I feel like Koiyume and Keith would have a very strong parallel. Though they are alike, they are still different ;).  Like they are both orphans, pine for their disappearing m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶n̶  friends   c̶o̶u̶g̶h̶s̶h̶i̶r̶o̶c̶o̶u̶g̶h̶ , also half hooman, destined to save the world/universe, etc. Maybe one day I can do a comic where they meet, it’d be nice to see two of my favorite characters interact. They’d brotatoe and talk about how much they love their dearest friend ;).

Shiri, the prince of the Shadow Nation, Son of King Zoguzura that was the evil emperor of darkness. The prince reunited wolf folk and bat folk together to ensure peace. However, followers of the traditional ways proceeded to do a coup de tat and overthrew the prince where his death was imminent.

He holds a magnificent form of the Night Hound with his silver war armor. He is the original sin and forgiver, the one who was born from evil and the one who wishes to vanquish it with his death.

I participated in an event that took place nearly 10 years ago where all sorts of people had their OCs fight each other in a tournament. Our requirement to get in, was to draw our auditions (or even write for the those who did prose as their medium of art). For fun, I wanted to remake these pages that I did. I also wanted to show everyone how cool and awesome Koiyume is! :) Unfortunately I lost in round one to a writer (which the creator have removed their deviation so I cannot show you guys their battle version) as judges thought fit. 

Over the span of 10 years of creating Koiyume, his history is a little different from the Character ref here: http://fav.me/d2awnb1 Name: Koiyume Gottschalk.  Age: 21 (presented in the OCBZ’s BloodSpring event where two years post-enlightenment) Birthday: Early December (Ryuusei decided the 6th for him). Koiyume has no knowledge when he was born because he was dropped at the orphanage. Gender: Male pronouns Species: Night Hound Ethnicity: Japanese(Mother)/German(Father)  Hair: Cerulean shade. (Those with blue blood have blue-ish tints in their hair. The shade differs with every individual. However it was known later on that actually those with bluish hair are connected to Night Hounds instead. And blue blood wielder can have any hair color.) Eyes: Green Hazel  Height: 5'7" Weight: Roughly 125lbs. He had anorexia at age 16.  Languages: English primary, Japanese secondary Religion: Agnostic/believes there’s a higher power but does not engage in any rituals  Sexuality: Bi  In the character ref, the gun has three forms but I will keep it simple and only have 1 for this comic because I didn’t really explore that much with the event’s story. So in the remake comic, the peacemaker simply takes one form of a sub machine gun. Koiyume can absorb it when it reaches 100% energy consumption of the opponent’s life force. Therefore influencing the element to his shape shifting form of the graceful Night Hound (which he can shape shift to his beast form at will).  Everything else in the ref sheet is pretty much on point and contains a lot of spoiler for my project but hey who knows I might get the privilege to remove spoiler content if my project Ruedaen ever gets famous :) Which is end game at life. Enjoy! And I hope Koiyume earns a fan cuz he is one of my dearest and precious characters.
