an original character style I drew for the Witch Hat Atelier universe. I don't know what her role is in the Land of the Pact, but I imagine she travels and does some study or teaching in the setting of a Magical College/ the Great Hall. She's also (designwise) inspired by Alaira. I just dashed off the sketch, but I might put her in some more outfits and situations later. She makes fire and summons or creates this Phoenix!

I think the name is something like Rakta or Rakuta Rakutenshugi. Then it's like "blood optimism". Kind of cool, right?

The moon kind of looks like Doraemon to me... but it's supposed to show the man in the moon / rabbit in the moon. I just scribbled it a bit. The stars are dancing! Some of them look like dinosaurs. They're supposed to be a bit enchanted looking, like fireworks, or a sparkler show. I imagine them rainbow, swirly, and dazzling. There's a rocketlike shooting star, too. Or a cometlike rocket...? No, I think it's a shooting star 😂

Personality:

Ryuusei is a very quiet, serious and reserved Person, always was. He is dutyfull, passionate and honestly he isn't good with words. I would say that he is very clumsy when it comes to being sociable, to make Friends and when it comes to romantic Relationships. He mostly doesn't know what to say or how to react in many Situations, he doesn't even understand it when he says something wrong in a certain Situation. But when he has Friends or a Lover, he is absolutely loyal and would give his life for that Person.

As a Pureblood of his Clan, he inherited the Koabyashi Clan's Ice Release and he is a true Expert in using it. He is the last living 100% Pureblood of his Clan, everyone in his direct Bloodline was one. Not even Raziela is 100% pure since her Father was a Non-Pureblood. Other than her he is also very talented in Taijutsu and his Expert Level in Ninjutsu makes him a strong opponent in Battle. During Fights he is a cold-hearted opponent and honestly rarely knows when to stop or when to hold back.
