The Bruery’s Rueuze on tap at The Bruery. A 4 of 4. A pretty classic gueuze with all the components you’d expect - smells of quite a lot of funk and fruity qualities, and of course, tartness and acid. Not too puckering, but this definitely is more sour than some, and lots more fruit qualities along with some earthiness and oak, too. I’m a huge fan of the style, and this delivers one of the best American gueuzes that I’ve had.
