WELCOME! 

I am proud to bring you a new one stop-platform for all your workout, inspiration, and motivation needs.

TDG is an idea I've had since the end of last year, I wanted to create a place for people to share their stories, to encourage each other and realize that YOUR STORY MATTERS. I've learned that even the smallest, insignificant things I do can be a catalyst for others to achieve their goals. I am honored to receive emails, social media messages, and letters from people I have had the privilege to know and meet during my travels and interactions through fitness, gym visits, coaching, and speaking events. 

It took some doing but I've finally figured out what I believe is the best way to share and encourage others. Even though I've spent my whole life helping others and being a source of information for life goals to fitness goals, I have never been one to desire the lime light. (a blog to me is lime light) 

Last year when we moved to Ann Arbor (in transition) I had a new friend point out the incredibly obvious fact that I needed to use my name in my branding. I fought this hard as my goal was to help others and never make the focus about me. As a joke I bought the domain TYCERUFF.com, it took literally seven days to realize people connected me to fitness and searched me out as a source. KAIROS Consulting, the company I founded to be the face of my efforts and all I do was just too abstract for most and so TYCERUFF.com was born. Soon after RUFF TRaining followed. I could keep telling the story, and will in the blogs to come, but for now I'll end with this. As I help others, others help me do what I set out to do.

It has truly been a rewarding experience to help others and lead a new movement to impact LOCAL. NATIONAL. GLOBAL. improvement. I look forward to sharing stories here and invite you to join me and the many others committed to living a kairos life.
