Can I get some man advice?
I love texting and this guy I've been dating for a month and a half use to text me everyday. The one day he didn't he finally did and admitted he'd been silent because he had been thinking about us and where he wanted us to go. So we sat down and talked it out and everything was fine. Now he's gone silent again and I won't see him till friday. And I'm just scared that is happening again but I don't want to be annoying. Ugh. Texting is the worst.
Response Codes
There is a definite logic when it comes to how quickly a person should respond to certain messages:
Scenario I
"I just ate the most awesome brunch! <insert food pic>"
Response Code: ANNOYING.
No response required.
Scenario II
"Let's grab drinks this Friday if you're free."
Response Code: MEDIUM.
Immediate to Somewhat Immediate response required to secure meet up with agreeable counter party. Variance of response times is acceptable depending on respondent's perception of and/or attraction to the issuing party. Must reply within 6 hours.
Scenario III
"hii . i'M dRrunk .Hi.!"
Response Code: HIGH.
Immediate response required to investigate the presence of any and all possible poor decision-making that may accompany this distress call. Must reply within 3 minutes or less.
Know the code.
